Responsibilities:
Support sales teams in coordinating the delivery and installation of orders by meeting requirements and customers.
. Achieve the objectives of the company and the respective Market Centers by helping to operationalize the project
. Coordinate material deliveries with logistics partners (planning and provisional preparation) including problem solving and escalation through appropriate channels for rapid resolution
. Interact on a daily basis with external customers, warehouse, sales, analysts, administration, logistics partners and other value chain partners in customer delivery to ensure that SLOs are Satisfied / overwhelmed
. Receive and manage inventory of equipment, including asset optimization
. Effectively manage backlog, including the perfect completion of facilities and removals
. Act as the Delivery Champion for specific sales teams, with a sense of urgency and responsiveness, allowing a perfect delivery and installation experience for our end customers
. Resolve outstanding delivery issues on a daily basis (SNI, non-canceled returns, error registers, canceled reinstallations, etc.)
. Respond in a timely manner to applications submitted, ie, requests in personal / shared mailboxes. Take responsibility and keep it until the end
. Actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement to work more effectively to accelerate, intensify and sustain results


Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, order management or customer records administration, an asset
. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a sense of urgency
. College or university degree or equivalent experience in business
. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
. Ability to learn quickly and skillfully to acquire knowledge and practice it
. Demonstrated personal motivation, ability to work individually and in a high-performance working group
. Ability to use a computer and keyboard - be comfortable with Windows and related applications
