Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable and other payment methods
Prepare Bank Deposit of checks
Manage Payroll
Manage CNSST cases
Respond to vendor inquiries
Review and process invoices
Purchase Order invoices
Resolve invoice discrepancies
Monitor company accounts to ensure payments are up to date
Balance sheet
Requirements:
BA or College degree or Professional study in Accounting
SAGE or Quickbooks or Nethris or Simply Accounting experience
Fluency in English and French
5+ years Experience in AP or Bookkeeping or Accounting
Accuracy and attention to details.
