IMPORTANT:
• Must have a valid driver's license and a valid passport
• Must have access to your own reliable vehicle and have an impeccable driving record
• Travelling to customer sites in any province or state in Canada or in the USA. These trips will/can be often scheduled on short notice.

THREE (3) MONTH TRAINING PERIOD IN TORONTO, ONTARIO:
• There will be a three (3) month training period which will take place in Toronto.
• All travel expenses (airfare, accommodation and food) will be paid for by the employer.
• Please note that some training sessions will be taking place during weekends.


Summary:

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customer’s and company’s equipment.

The Field Service Technician will establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as perform necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned.

The Field Service Engineer performs the major functions listed below. The position may require additional duties/responsibilities that may not be outlined below, and specific tasks are subject to change.

Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
• Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
• Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
• Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow- up.
• Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
• Ensuring the Company's systems, analyzers and component products meet the
manufacturer’s specifications.
• Carrying out any other works (i.e. logistics, administrative duties, inventory management, etc.) and tasks as directed.

Requirements:
• College diploma
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
• Must have excellent French and English communication skills, spoken and written
