Role and Responsibilities:

Establish the regional action plan to define strategic priorities and major actions that will ensure long-term development
Achieve the sales objectives (in value) set for your region by implementing the appropriate action plans for your customers
Analyze the performance of each client, identify opportunities for improvement and underperformance situations that must be addressed
Identify opportunities to improve geographic network coverage and performance to support growth in the assigned region
Encourage strong adherence from your network by participating in promotional activities, respecting procedures and marketing programs
Work actively with your customers in order to better manage the ordering, submission and purchase order processes
The tools you need to track progress: customer visit planning, visit follow-up report, issue and opportunity follow-up
Promote the sale of parts as an additional source of income
Ensure frequent and effective use of demos, identify local marketing initiatives and support them with the help of the marketing team
Develop and maintain an effective, professional and long-term relationship with your network in order to achieve revenue and profitability objectives
Demonstrate a "business partner" approach to support strategy execution
Ensure adequate support for lead and quote management at the dealership level
Assist your dealers in solving their problems


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
At least 5 years of experience in a company with more than 500 employees (preferably a multinational company)
At least 3 years of experience in a sales department (not necessarily in the field)
Very results-oriented and problem-solving attitude
Analytical mind and strong ability to understand market and customer issues
Very good level of customer service with a “partner” attitude
High level of motivation and strong ability to work independently
High level of flexibility and adaptation
Excellent negotiation skills and very good presentation
ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE IN SPOKEN AND WRITTEN ENGLISH AND FRENCH (Bilingualism is important, in fact- the more languages the better)
Open to national and international travel
