The Rimouski office has 17 employees and consulting engineering services are offered in the areas of transportation, urban infrastructure and building. With the support of the Director in place, you will collaborate in budget management, human resources management as well as business development and various strategic orientations in support of other offices in Quebec.

What will your contribution to the team be?

Budget management and business development

Be responsible for market development and execution strategy;

Manage tenders and orchestrate Go-NO G decisions

Carry out strategic monitoring of customers and markets;

Monitor the execution of projects

Monitor the performance of the project portfolio,

Manage relationships with customers,

Validate contractual changes,

Support in the management of claims files, risks and contingencies and monitoring of payments

Team management

Organize internal meetings

Actively participate in the development of team employees in order to maintain and develop a renowned center of expertise in the region for the various disciplines;

Plan the organization of personnel to ensure the availability of manpower and key resources at the appropriate times in the execution of mandates;

Collaborate in the establishment and evaluation of team objectives, support employee accountability;

Participate in maintaining a high level of employee skills through training and mentoring as well as the recruitment of qualified personnel according to project needs;

Actively contribute to maintaining a favorable climate for the application of ethical and professional practices in the execution of engineering work;

Get involved in measuring customer satisfaction and compliance with services offered, deliverables, budgets and timelines;

What are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree in civil or construction engineering;

Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec;

Additional training in project management (PMP, MGP or other) or management (MBA) is an asset;

Between 5 and 10 years of relevant experience including a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and a minimum of 5 years of experience in management/coordination of technical teams

Proven ability to achieve development objectives (projects, business and client relationship);

Experience in managing service offering processes;

Be recognized for his mobilizing leadership, while ensuring a high level of effectiveness and efficiency;

Ability to work in a changing environment;

Bilingual French/English is an asset;

Have a vision and a global knowledge of the disciplines related to the services offered, an asset;

Excellent knowledge of the consulting engineering sector as well as the Eastern Quebec region, an asset;
