Our current subscribers are mostly medium to large enterprises because they realize we deliver a 10x better, faster, and smarter solution without UX strings or limits. We are currently operating 24/7/365 in over 20 verticals and on 6 continents.

We are currently looking for a Technical Project manager to join the team. The role will be to serve as a primary relationship manager to often large, sophisticated, companies who have subscribed to our technologies’ mobile application and mobile engagement software products (e.g., low-to-no code software development platform). The TPM will lead the relationship with the Customer and their team, as well as organize and collaborate with our internal mobile application teams. A TPM must be naturally inclined to deliver customer excellence as demonstrated by high CSAT, NPS, GDR and NDR (more below).

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the Head of Project Management and Scrum Master to plan for and execute customer-agreed upon features for each sprint (a sprint is two weeks). The assigned customer work (quantity and complexity) will be commensurate with the customers subscription. Weekly sprint reports will be reviewed to ensure the TPM is delivering on the agreed upon value the customer has subscribed to with (Customers should get the level of service for which they paid).
2. Manage client interactions and requests by leading weekly project meetings and guiding customers through the mobile application process, leveraging our best practices and mobile application development expertise. Deliver high CSAT (customer satisfaction) and NPS (net promotion score) results.
3. Assist the sales and customer success team with retention, expansion, and renewal efforts. Here, we aim to deliver customer excellence, and therefore retaining, expanding, and renewing our clients is of utmost importance. The TPM is a key role in delivering a positive experience with our customers and often solutioning and recommending technical ideas and intelligent prioritizations that can meaningfully impact the customers’ business. This will be measured by Gross Dollar Retention (i.e., did the customer stay with us from one period to the next) and Net Dollar Retention (i.e., did we earn more business from exisiting customers).
4. Dedicate time and care to deliver professionally written customer communication, as well as verbal communication via conference calls. Work within an Agile framework with a spirit of collaboration and respect with internal and external teams. This will be measured via bi-annual performance reviews. Qualifications:
The TPM should be technically experienced, as evidenced by at least three of the following being true:
• Experience coding, as in software development work
• Experience managing a website and its content
• Being well versed and familiar with back-end and front-end coding languages and frameworks
• Familiarity, if not expertise, with Android and IOS Stores and how applications are published and managed
• Deep understanding of API’s and how they work
• Experience working in an agile framework
