***CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE IN THE GREATER MONTREAL AREA AS THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
***THIS ROLE REQUIRES TO BE PHYSICALLY IN THE OFFICE 4 DAYS A WEEK AND YOU CAN WORK REMOTELY FROM HOME ONE DAY A WEEK.
**BEAUTY AND CPG MARKETING OR PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED

Our client, an iconic beauty brand and industry innovator, is seeking a Brand Development Coordinator to join their dynamic Business and Brand Development department. Under the direction of the Senior Director of Business and Brand Development, the Brand Development Coordinator will bring their experience to develop strategies and tools to continue the brand’s success within the professional haircare space.

In this role, the Brand Development Coordinator will take ownership of numerous projects simultaneously in addition to creating innovative strategies and content to support the Sales division and salon industry professionals.

Tasks & Responsibilities
• Oversee cross functional projects within the Business Development department from conception to execution.
• Oversee and keep track to all project department budgets.
• Work with the Business Development Manager to develop and implement training tools and programs to support field sales division.
• Participate in the creation of bi-monthly sales presentations for the North American distribution channel.
• Participate in building effective strategies and engagement campaigns to support company growth within the professional division.
• Create engagement reports.
• Manage all content and visuals for the Company's Beautiful Business Blog, published bi-weekly.
• Assist with the planning and execution of sales incentive trips and internal training conferences.
• Collaborate with Loyalty, Sales, Marketing, Education and Digital departments to ensure successful project rollout.

Professional Competencies
• University degree, preferably in Business/Marketing and 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Beauty and CPG marketing or product development experience preferred (2-4 years)
• Demonstrates clear passion for product and innovation within the beauty industry
• Experience with project management platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Experience with Google analytics is an asset
• Entrepreneurial spirit, detail oriented, organized, multitasker, and strong time management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to think outside the box
• Experience working with digital designers and web developers is an asset
